The TE400 is a microprocessor based weft detector for rapier looms.
The TE400 is a piezo-electric weft yarn detector witch gives an electrical current output signal proportional to the number (max. 3) of wefts running at the same time. It can perform as a single filling insertion control or a double/triple filling insertion control (ANTI 2 or ANTI 3 function).
The sensitivity is selectable via an analog input voltage coming from the Loom Control Panel. On a microprocessor controlled Loom Panel, the sensitivity can be changed while the loom is in operation.
The TE400 mechanical housing has a lower profile than the previous models to be easily adapted to the different weft input zone on different looms.
